VONR 1402. UNDERSTANDING ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY FOR THE VOCATIONAL NURSE
This course provides scientific foundation and introduces structure and functions of normal human anatomy and physiology using a holistic body systems approach. Emphasis is placed on learning the structures of the body, fundamental concepts, interrelationships of organs, and understanding medical terminology. The student will develop the foundation for providing holistic, patient-centered care across the lifespan. Concepts and skills learned will be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of body systems, their interrelationships and associated medical terminology
